These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

You may use the App only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You must not misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account.

User Content

You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, and other content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App.

You are responsible for your content and must not post anything unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or infringing on others’ rights.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abusive Behavior

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You agree not to submit, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, or that promotes discrimination, bigotry, or harm toward any individual or group. You also agree not to harass, bully, impersonate, threaten, or otherwise abuse other users.

By creating an account and using the App, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that violations will not be tolerated.

Content Moderation and Enforcement

We provide tools for users to flag objectionable content and to block abusive users. Blocking a user immediately removes their content from your experience. Reported content and blocked users are sent to our team for review.

We review all reports of objectionable content and act on them within 24 hours by removing the offending content and ejecting the user who provided it. We reserve the right to remove or restrict any content, and to suspend or terminate any account, that violates these Terms or harms the App or its users.

Accuracy of Information

Coffee shop listings, hours, amenities, and other information may change and may not always be accurate. The App is provided for informational purposes only.

AI Features

The App may include AI-generated suggestions or categorization. AI output may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon as factual information.

Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services such as maps, analytics, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
